Self-Efficacy, Clinical Practice Satisfaction about Fundamental Nursing Clinical Practice in nursing students

Abstract
Purpose: This study was to investigate self-efficacy, satisfaction about fundamental nursing clinical practice in nursing students.

Method: The subjects consisted 122 students from 2 grade. They responded to questionnaires that included self-efficacy, fundamental nursing clinical practice satisfaction.

Result: Self-efficacy accrodings to general characteristic, showed significant difference after the clinical practice in the male group (t=-2.82, p=0.005). Fundamental nursing clinical practice satisfaction showed a significant difference according to motivation for desire (t=3.86, p=0.011). Self-efficacy had a significant correlation with clinical practice satisfaction (r=0.379,p=0.000).

Conclusion: Self-efficacy according to before and after the clinical practice appeared higher grade of self efficacy if a student got satisfied about fundamental nursing clinical practice.
